<p>Hosted by the Tolland Permanent Celebration Committee (PCC), the annual scarecrow contest is a highly anticipated kick-off for the town’s fall festival. Please join us on Saturday, October 3rd&nbsp;to celebrate the Town Green Harvest Festival, with food, fun and live music. Voting will be open until October 15th.&nbsp;</p>

<p><strong>Early Voting &nbsp;October 19 - November 1</strong>&nbsp;- Conference Room B &amp; C,&nbsp;2nd Floor, Tolland Town Hall from 10am – 6pm with extended Hours Tuesday October 27th and Thursday October 28th from 8am – 8pm.</p><p>Early Voting will take place Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays even though other Departments in Town Hall are closed.</p>

<p>Join the Tolland Resident Troopers at this year’s Stuff a Cruiser Toy Drive — and we invite you to help make a difference in our community this holiday season!</p><p>They are collecting new &amp; unwrapped toys and gift cards to support local children and families in need. Your donation, big or small, will help bring joy and brighten a child’s holiday.</p>
